How to Make a Homemade Bottle for a Puppy

| Updated September 26, 2017

A puppy may find himself an orphan if his mother has no milk to feed him or rejects him. You can make a homemade bottle for him in short time with a few household items so he can nurse and be healthy.

Rubber Glove Bottle

Boil a pot of water. Turn down the burner so it continues at a low rolling boil. Sterilize a rubber glove, not a thin latex glove, by placing it into the water and letting it boil for 10 to 15 minutes. When your sterilization process is complete, turn off the burner, remove the glove with tongs and allow it to cool to room temperature. Make a feeding hole in one end of a glove finger by piercing it with a safety pin. Fill the finger with puppy replacement milk and feed your little furry friend.
