Video of the Day
Over time, your fish's aquarium can become contaminated with lethal amounts of nitrite and ammonia from feces. Using Biozyme helps to break down the waste products in your aquarium into less harmful nitrate, which allows your fish to live a longer, healthier life and keeps your tank gravel looking fresh. Adding Biozyme to your tank for several days before introducing new fish to the water inside will help to prevent "new tank syndrome," where ammonia and nitrite may accumulate to toxic levels due to the lack of beneficial bacterium in the tank.
Measure and pour 1/4 teaspoon of Biozyme directly into a freshwater fish tank with 25 gallons of water inside.
Wait at least a week before introducing new fish into the tank. This will allow the Biozyme time to break down the harmful bacteria and create beneficial bacteria.
Add 1/8 teaspoon of Biozyme to the 25 gallons of water each week to assist in keeping your tank clean and your fish healthy.
